• You own or control all rights to the content you submit.
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

4. Third-Party Distribution

Hills Music partners with external music distribution platforms to deliver your content to digital service providers (DSPs). These third-party platforms have their own terms and policies. By using Hills Music Services, you also agree to abide by any applicable terms of these third-party services as necessary.

We do not guarantee placement or visibility on any specific DSP, as that remains at the sole discretion of the third-party platforms and their policies.

5. Fees and Royalties

Our pricing and service fees (if applicable) are listed on our website. By using our Services, you agree to pay any applicable charges.

Royalties earned from third-party platforms will be distributed to users according to the payment terms of the third-party distributor. Hills Music does not withhold, delay, or modify any royalty amounts outside of what is stated by the distribution partner. If a refund is applicable, a minor administrative fee may be deducted to cover processing costs.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute unauthorized, illegal, or infringing content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our Services.
• Attempt to breach security features or gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our Services.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action.
